To start off 2026, we partnered with Octo Studio to offer our HKU scholars a moment of peace and creativity. Our "New Hopes, New Canvases" art jam event was designed as a mellow start to the year and provided a space for respite and reflection.

The power of art to heal and connect was quite evident. As one put it, "I am not a painter but thought I might try, and quite satisfying - thank you!"

This is why we do what we do. Investing in our scholars goes beyond academics, it's nurturing their well-being and resilience. Our gratitude to Octo Studio and the scholars who made the day meaningful.
