We had the privilege of hosting the annual dinner for Access Abroad Hong Kong at the Jardine Matheson office.
Last month, the Jardine Foundation had the privilege of hosting the annual dinner for Access Abroad Hong Kong at the Jardine Matheson office, celebrating their impactful work in mentoring and empowering under-resourced secondary school students in Hong Kong to pursue higher education.
Access Abroad Hong Kong, originally founded as a student-run initiative by a group of Oxbridge students, has grown into a regional organisation expanding its mentoring efforts beyond Hong Kong to other regions. Their commitment to guiding young minds was exemplified through their annual summer bootcamps, where professors and alumni shared insights on pursuing higher education.
The evening welcomed guest speakers and scholars, Yannis Mok, Huang Huiyan, Isaac, Yan Yat Yeung, Donald Chui, Irina Fok, Justin Ip, and Emily Li, who shared their experiences and perspectives. Their stories continue to motivate the next generation of students striving for academic excellence.
We are honored to support Access Abroad in their mission and continued impact in shaping future leaders.
